Perfect for a weary traveler

I had a smooth check-in and found the room to benice and neat after a long drive. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, bagels and coffee, just enough to get me back on my feet.

It wasn't exactly wallet-friendly, but I can't complain too much.

The room I stayed in was luxurious and complete with a TV and large tub, for instance. The staff was courteous all day long.

The location is central.

Ask about the quiet hours as the hotel staff is very accommodating and can help you have a restful stay.

Fresh fruit or yogurt would have been appreciated at breakfast.

If you're hunting for a solid breakfast, the nearby Mi Mexico serves up some delicious hot sandwiches that can kickstart your day! Plus, my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and comfy, a good surprise given the budget rate.

The welcome was friendly and efficient - important when you've been travelling for a while. As a family run hotel, there was a clear sense of helpfulness with any queries so a very approachable atmosphere there. The breakfast provision was fine with plenty of basic items - all that's needed when travelling. We felt that the hotel was good value for money. The room was spacious, freshly decorated and clean.

I loved it, have never been in a better hotel. Everything was well-maintained, absolutely perfect location close to restaurants and downtown's Cortez Cultural Center and many restaurants, great experience. The room was fancy, moreover big with basics.

I chose this place for a quick trip to explore Cortez, and I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the responsive staff quickly assisted me with my questions. The complimentary breakfast featured cold cereal and bagels, which was just enough to start my day right. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay!

This motel has the warm, wholesome, personal feel of the best "Mom and Pop" motel. Good source of information on local roads and restaurants, underwritten by a genuine concern for operating a fine facility. Attentive and friendly reception during sign-in, and during breakfast the following morning. I would seek out an opportunity to stay in this facility again, and now find myself looking at other Knights Inns during my travel.

Just a bit far to walk for dinner options.

The kids loved the pool area, and we enjoyed the walking trails nearby. The atmosphere was pretty cute, giving us room to bond as a family while we explored the surroundings. It was nice having a room with two beds for more space with our teenagers.

My kids wished there were better accommodations for larger families.

Nice and helpful hotel staff. Decent breakfast served for free. Easy to find, just by the main road in Cortez.

I hated that the rooms smelled like mold and that the receptionist desk smelled like sewer. I was not satisfied with the price and how uncomfortable the spring mattress was. The mattress was so hard and you could feel every spring on your body. They did not have an iron and the air conditioner did not work well. I should have paid $20.00 but instead I had to pay $80.00. Not a very nice place and all they serve for breakfast is old moist breads and bagels! What a joke this place was! I will never ever stay in another dump like this again!
